Israeli Defense Force personnel visited Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) facilities to learn about the Corps' global logistics, maintenance and supply operations, Jan 26.
The visit included briefings on the USMC's mission, transportation requirements, and support to Marine Expeditionary Forces. IDF members also received briefings from the Weapons Systems Management Center on the status of USMC ground equipment inventory. The group toured the Marine Depot Maintenance Command’s craneway and Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence to observe depot-level maintenance and advanced parts production. Additionally, they visited the Marine Force Storage Command's Combat Vehicle Warehouse to discuss the storage and care of equipment used to support global operations.
