While in Encarnación, Keefe and his delegation visited the Colegio Militar de Suboficiales del Ejército’s (COMISOE) to learn more about its training and professional development programs. This year, Massachusetts and Paraguay celebrated 25 years of partnership through the State Partnership Program, a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of War, the U.S. Department of State and the National Guard Bureau, strengthening the long-standing, mutually beneficial security relationship.
