This layout and design was created in Adobe Photoshop 2024 to inform the public of U.S. Coast Guard Arctic District launching a multifaceted response to a series of storms that struck western Alaska, at Juneau, Alaska, Dec. 30, 2025. In response to ex-typhoon Halong Storm, Alaska Air and Army National Guard and Coast Guard crews flew approximately 60 hours combined in support of life-saving operations in western Alaska.
