Tennessee Army National Guard aviators assigned to Forward Medical Support Element Platoon (MEDEVAC), land a UH-60L Black Hawk as Company C, Medical Company, 53rd Brigade Support Battalion conduct Role 1E operations during a mass casualty training exercise at Fort Hood, Jan. 13, 2026. The training strengthens integration between air and ground medical assets and coordination of mass casualty care in support of operational readiness.
