Recruits with November Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, receive their Eagle, Globe and Anchor during a new EGA ceremony pilot on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., Jan 17, 2026. Following a culminating 6.8k hike to the Battle of Fallujah objective for the Crucible, recruits are given their EGA and officially become United States Marines.
