Dr. Laura Santiago, lead training specialist for the Workforce Development Branch at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), has been honored with a prestigious 2025 Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Human Resources (HR) Community Award.
