(Jan. 9, 2026) The Honorable Hung Cao, Under Secretary of the Navy, listens to Aviation Structural Mechanic 1st Class Thomas Lybarger, Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC), explain student projects made at NATTC during a tour onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola, Jan. 9. During the visit, Cao received an overview of air station activities, concentrating on infrastructure, quality of life, housing, training and readiness. NATTC is one of the largest apprenticeship training facilities in the Navy, providing world-class professional aviation warriors to the fleet supporting combat readiness anywhere on the globe.
