Fort McCoy Garrison Commander Col. Sheyla Baez Ramirez and Command Sgt. Maj. James Riddle, garrison command sergeant major, engage with the school board of the Tomah (Wis.) School District on Nov. 17, 2025, in the Robert Kupper Learning Center in Tomah. Both leaders discussed installation news as well as other information in the "service to the Tomah community" segment of the board meeting.
