The certificate of service from the National Guard Bureau recognizing Master Sgt. (retired) Judith Rosenthal on her 22 years of service in the Air National Guard, dated 13 September 1993. Rosenthal, affectionately known as Sister Judy, was the first nun to enlist in the military and simultaneously completed both her religious duties and her duties as a medic in the Air Guard.
