Daniel (Dan) Klingshirn serves as the new Chief of Planning, Programs and Project Management Division (DPM) and Senior Civilian for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Charleston District. As DPM, he is responsible for programmatic oversight of the planning, design, and construction of Civil Works, Military Construction, and Interagency and International Services (IIS) projects. The Charleston District’s $400M+ annual program supports numerous critical projects throughout South Carolina and beyond.
