William Robertson, the officer in charge of NBHC Whiting Field, gather together at NBHC Whiting Field to discuss the event with Sailors, Oct. 15, 2025. NBHC Whiting Field held a “Top Doc” program that was a competition designed for corpsmen that are E-5 and below to compete in training that consist of a tactical combat casualty care course, sutures, basic life support (BLS), cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other field medical procedures to ensure field and operational readiness.
