Kyle Stetson, a native of Kansas City, Mo., and a member of a command security team with the Task Force Lifeliners, sweeps a handheld mine detector across the ground during counter-improvised explosive device training May 26, 2013 at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. During this training the Lifeliners also had the opportunity to learn how to detect and recognize common placements of explosive devices.
