William McGregor, the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing commanding general's driver and Stockton, Calif., native, proposes to his long-time girlfriend, Julie Terry, a San Diego native, after throwing the first pitch at a San Diego Padres game in San Diego June 2. McGregor threw the pitch for the military appreciation game on behalf of the noncommissioned officers of 3rd MAW. Terry said "yes."
