Sgt. William McGregor, the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing commanding general's driver and Stockton, Calif., native, throws the first pitch at a San Diego Padres game in San Diego June 2. McGregor threw the pitch on behalf of the sergeants and corporals of the aircraft wing as the "VIPs of 3rd MAW." Maj. Gen. Steven Busby, the commanding general of 3rd MAW, insisted that a noncommissioned officer represent the aircraft wing as part of his committed and engaged leadership initiative.
