Wreaths lay on the graves of buried U.S. service members during the Wreaths Across America ceremony at the Fort Richardson National Cemetery on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Dec. 12, 2025. Wreaths Across America is a non-profit organization formed as an extension of the Arlington Wreath Project. It was started by Morrill Worcester in 1992 with the donation and laying of 5,000 Christmas wreaths to Arlington National Cemetery. (U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Tala Hunt)
