Kirsten Larson, a psychometrist with the Fort Carson Intrepid Spirit Center, helps place a neurofeedback Electro-Cap on Suzanne Martin, an ISC neuropsychologist, while testing out new equipment for use in treatment of traumatic brain injury and other diagnoses. Neurofeedback is an evidenced-based practice that allows clinicians to “map” brain activity levels and compare the results to what is considered normal brain activity.
