NEX Kitsap-Bremerton, Washington, along with excited family members, welcomed home the USS Nimitz (CVN 68) upon its return to port on Dec. 16, 2025. The NEX offered Navy Pride merchandise, including USS Nimitz ball caps, as well as rain gear for sale to the family members waiting for their loved ones to return after the nearly nine month deployment. The NEX also offered supplies so that families could create welcome home signs. The Navy Exchange Service Command enables warfighter readiness and strengthens the Navy’s quality of life mission. Providing essential products, services, hospitality and outfitting Navy communities around the globe, NEXCOM is continuously evolving to meet the demands of today’s military operational environment.
