Soldiers of Echo Forward Support Company, 2-159 Attack Battalion, successfully connect a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) to a CH-47 Chinook. These soldiers were given the opportunity to train on proper "sling-load" procedures. These procedures help to ensure the safe and rapid transportation of 2-159 Attack Battalion equipment to support any mission throughout the European Theater. By "sling-loading" equipment 2-159 Attack Battalion is able to rapidly deploy to any region throughout the European Theater to deter, and if necessary, defeat any aggression.
