Champion, 55, a resident of Flower Mound, Texas, is the oldest Soldier in the Command and Bratcher, 22, of Woodbridge, Virginia, is the youngest Soldier in the Command. During the Army's 233rd Birthday ceremony the assembled crowd celebrated the Army's pride, people and traditions.
