U.S. Army Green Berets assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), and Soldiers with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 66th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 4th Infantry Division move a simulated casualty into a medical evacuation helicopter during a medical training event at Fort Carson, Nov. 26, 2025.
