Johnothan Sanders, a combat engineer with Marine Wing Support Squadron 171, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, loosens soil while building a fighting hole at Haramura Training Area, Hiroshima, Japan, Dec. 5, 2025.
