A U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J Super Hercules assigned with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 352, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing and an F/A-18D Hornet with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 323, MAG-11, are staged for air-delivered ground refueling as part of exercise Steel Knight 25 at Southern California Logistic Airport California, Victorville, California, Dec. 11, 2025. ADGR is a tactical refueling method that enables military aircrafts to receive fuel from ground-based aviation assets where traditional refueling infrastructure may not be available.
