Marines with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, based out of Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., took part in a squadron-wide field meet where all the sections competed in various physical training events to strengthen camaraderie and teamwork at Ramada Field, May 23. One of the events called for the participating Marines to perform the maneuver under fire portion of the annual Combat Fitness Test. “The fireman carry … I’m a big dude and the Marine I carried weighs about as much as my leg,” said Lance Cpl. Eric Olopai, a H&HS provost marshal’s office corrections officer and a native of Hollywood, Fla. “So it was really good times.”
