Senior Chief Culinary Specialist Victor Kyeinyame, a native of Ghana, West Africa, and Quartermaster Seaman Recruit Timothy Macaraeg, a native of Tahuya, Washington, both assigned to Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), cut a cake during Boxer’s 250th Navy Birthday celebration on the mess decks, Oct. 13, 2025. Boxer is underway in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations.
