Joseph Pitta, 267th Intelligence Squadron (IS) senior enlisted leader, gives a speech during his retirement ceremony on Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts, Dec. 6, 2025. In his final role after 31 years of service, Pitta served as the senior enlisted leader of the 267th IS with the mission to leverage highly-skilled Massachusetts Air National Guard personnel to identify and exploit adversary vulnerabilities using signals intelligence development and all-source analysis to enable full-spectrum information warfare operations.
