    Lt. Col. Anthony DiGiacomo, commander of 1st Battalion, 137th Aviation Regiment, and Spc. The Premobilization Training Assistance Element, Ohio Army National Guard, a program in which Ohio Soldiers teach their own, is training the troops for a possible deployment in the 2009 training year.
