U.S. Marines with 1st Low Altitude Air Defense, forward deployed in direct support of 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division as part of the Unit Deployment Program, sight into a FIM-92 Stinger during an unmanned aircraft system and LAAD training event on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 3, 2025. This training event increased the unit's proficiency and lethality when deploying UAS at night and LAAD's ability to track and target multiple UAS platforms during low light operations.
