JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON – (Dec. 4, 2025) – Steven Horton (center), of San Antonio, a biological laboratory technician assigned to Naval Medical Research Unit (NAMRU) San Antonio, was presented with the command’s Fiscal Year 2025 “Science Staff” Civilian of the Half Year by U.S. Army Major Benjamin Dixon (left) and Commanding Officer Capt. Michael Tiller, Medical Corps, during the command’s holiday social held at the Fort Sam Houston Community Center.
