U.S. Navy Sailors alongside Finnish service members execute a simulated mass casualty response

U.S. Marine Corps Jhi’Shon Fair, a satellite transmissions systems operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 6, Combat Logistics Regiment 2, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, sets up a medical stretcher during Exercise Freezing Winds 2025 in Syndalen, Finland, Dec. 3, 2025. CLB-6 medical team hosted a battle aid station during Freezing Winds to assess simulated and real trauma patients to ensure the medical readiness and rapid aid to service members. Freezing Winds is conducted to increase interoperability between Marines, Finland, and NATO Allies by executing combined amphibious operations in and around the Baltic Sea littorals, and is part of a regularly occurring series of exercises in northern Europe that demonstrates the capability to deploy and train Marines and Sailors in support of the NATO Alliance. Fair is a native of Georgia. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Makayla Elizalde)
