U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. John Healy, chief of the Air Force Reserve and commander of the Air Force Reserve Command, exits the KC-46A Pegasus after landing at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Dec. 2, 2025. Healy and Gen. Johnny Lamontagne, chief of the Air Mobility Wing Command and commander of the Air Mobility Wing Command, delivered the 99th and 100th KC-46A aircraft to the installation.
