A Philippine Marine officer candidate with Marine Officer Basic Course conducts practical application of medical aid to Lance Cpl. Diego Velazquez, a utility system technician assigned to Marine Rotational Force-Southeast Asia, I Marine Expeditionary Force, as part of a tactical combat casualty care subject matter expert exchange during Marine Air Support Activity 2025 at Marine Base Gregorio Lim, Cavite, Philippines, Oct. 16, 2025. The TCCC exchange training provides service members with the fundamental skills to perform lifesaving medical aid to a trauma casualty. Upon completion, participants received a certificate of completion for the course.
