Boatswain's Mate 1st Class George Glover, flight deck operations safety officer, observes Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Edwards Kirtley, landing signalman enlisted (LSE), as he directs the launch of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 12 "Golden Falcons," from the flight deck of U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19).
