U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Janet Benitez, contracting officer assigned to the 316th Contracting Squadron, receives the technical sergeant patch from U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Kevin W. Helms, 316th Wing command chief, at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, Nov. 17, 2025.
