NEWPORT, R.I.— Players of the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) Army-Navy flag football game don their flags before the game onboard Naval Station Newport, Nov. 21, 2025. The game paid homage to the college football rivalry game between the U.S. Naval Academy and U.S. Military Academy, which began in 1890. This year’s game was won by Navy with a score of 47-24. Established in 1884, NWC informs today’s decision-makers and educates tomorrow’s leaders by providing educational experiences and learning opportunities that develop their ability to anticipate and prepare strategically for the future, strengthen the foundations of peace, and create a decisive warfighting advantage.
