SAN DIEGO (Oct. 16, 2025) – Family and friends await the arrival of Navy Expeditionary Medical Unit 10 Gulf (EMU-10G) Sailors at San Diego International Airport following a seven-month deployment to the Middle East in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
