Custom ornaments, handmade by state residents of Nevada, adorn the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree during the tree’s unveiling at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, Nov. 20, 2025. Nevada schools, communities, tribes, state and local agencies came together to support the occasion, crafting a record 22,730 ornaments and 50 tree skirts for the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree and companion trees for U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service and legislative offices.
