    U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Justin E. Boes, a boatswain's mate attached to Coast Guard Station Key West, shares damage control practices Friday during the maritime operations phase of Tradewinds 2013, a multinational training exercise held this year in the waters of Saint Lucia.
