1st Lt. Andrew Bowling (left), a native of Medfield, Mass., gets ready to move barriers out to Leaders Bridge, June 5. Bowling is a platoon leader with Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad. His unit provided security for workers and Iraqi army soldiers while they positioned barriers to allow for the free flow of traffic on the bridge.
