Various university and college Reserve Officer Training Corps programs were held here at COL Victory located on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, competing in the 2025 Ranger Challenge (ROTC). This was the final day the closing ceremonies were held here on Nov. 16, 2025. This was a four-day event that included several challenges such as a burden, 6-mile ruck march, round-robin events and a 5-mile run. The winner of the 2025 Ranger Challenge (ROTC) was Lehigh University. This event is held yearly here at Army Support Activity - Fort Dix.
