Yuji Kuroiwa, the governor of Kanagawa prefecture, Japan, during roundtable talks on Oct. 9, 2025, at the Adm. Arleigh A. Burke Officers Club onboard Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. The roundtable talks are an annual meeting between Kanagawa prefecture government officials and U.S. Navy and Army forces in Japan.
