A U.S. Marine with 2d Assault Amphibian Battalion, 2d Marine division (2d MarDiv) sits on his AAV7A1 assault amphibious vehicle after transporting Marines with 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment (1/8), 2d MarDiv aboard the Amphibious Assault Ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) during an amphibious training operation May 17, 2013.
