The Amphibious Assault Ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) sits at port prior to conducting amphibious operations with the U.S. Marines of Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment (1/8), 2d Marine Division and other supporting elements aboard the LHD 5 May 15, 2013.
