NAVAL STATION MAYPORT, Fla. (Nov 12, 2025) – A Sailor assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Jason Dunham (DDG 109) throws a line to dock the warship during its return to Naval Station Mayport after completing a surge deployment in the U.S. Fourth Fleet area of responsibility. Homeported in Mayport, Fla., USS Jason Dunham is a multi-mission surface combatant capable of conducting anti-air, antisubmarine, and anti-surface warfare operations, supporting the U.S. Navy’s goals of forward presence, maritime security, and deterrence.
