A World War II veteran reads a newspaper posted in the USS Franklin (CV 13) exhibit aboard the USS Yorktown (CV 10) May 17, 2013, at Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum, Mount Pleasant, S.C. More than 20 of the remaining crewmembers of the Franklin gathered for a final reunion. In their honor, Patriots Point hosted a series of events and educational programs throughout the day to allow the public an opportunity to speak with and hear from the veterans.
