                            U.S. Army Spc. Hale was honored for his outstanding performance during mission execution, going above the expectations of his rank by developing mission-critical map overlays and training Soldiers on the Army Team Awareness Kit to enhance Task Force Bulldog’s operational readiness. He serves as part of the D.C. Safe and Beautiful Task Force, joining more than 2,300 National Guard members assisting the Metropolitan Police Department in ensuring the safety of residents, commuters and visitors throughout the District.
