Army Reserve soldiers and family members attend the 99th Regional Support Command’s Yellow Ribbon event May 3-4 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Md. The Yellow Ribbon program is comprised of a series of mandatory events designed to assist returning Reserve soldiers with veteran benefits information, as well as educational and employment opportunities available to them post-deployment. The 99th RSC hosts Yellow Ribbon events for Soldiers and families in 13 states from Maine to Virginia.
