U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Manuel Dirciosanchez, a mobile facility technician with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11, Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, receives the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from Maj. Gen. James B. Wellons, the commanding general of 3rd MAW, at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Oct. 8, 2025. In September 2025, Dirciosanchez assisted in the rapid deployment of three mobile facilities and two deployed debriefing facilities within 24 hours in support of operations in a forward-deployed environment.
