An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter from the Desert Hawks of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26 drops U.S. Navy divers near a notional mine alongside the Afloat Forward Staging Base (Interim) USS Ponce (AFSB(I)15) while an MH53E Sea Dragon helicopter from the Blackhawks of Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron (HM) 15 conducts mine countermeasure operations as part of International Mine Countermeasures Exercise 2013. IMCMEX 13 includes navies from more than 40 countries whose focus is to promote regional security through mine countermeasure operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
