Sgt. Colin Lerbakken, of Fargo, N.D., provides security in the Thawra 1 neighborhood of the Sadr City, a district of Baghdad, while Iraqi contract workers paint T-wall barriers, June 2. The barriers were placed in the area for protection and now are part of the revitalization project led by Multi-National Division – Baghdad. Sgt. Lerbakken is a member of the 3rd Platoon, 191 Military Police Company, of the North Dakota National Guard, and is currently assigned to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, MND-B.
