KITTERY, Maine (Sept. 23, 2025) – U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Stephen Barnett, right, Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, participated in a command brief during a visit to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Sept. 23. During the visit, Barnett met with shipyard leadership and toured base facilities, including ongoing construction at the Multi-Mission Dry Dock 1 modernization project.
